The Best There Is!

by G. Reid 2005-06-13, 39 people found this review helpful
Frontline Plus is the best way to keep fleas and ticks off your dog. It is applied once per month in about 3 minutes. It seems to have little or no side effects on the dog. It has been used for many years on dogs without problems. I checked all products and asked various vets and everyone agrees that Frontline Plus is the best way to keep ticks and fleas off your dog. The Plus even kills the flea eggs.

Flea and Tick Free

by K. Hill 2008-07-08, 29 people found this review helpful
My dog is a Chow mix and very furry. Ticks are impossible to find under her two layered coat until it's too late. At first, I tried cheaper brands. They work on ticks but do nothing for fleas. Then my vet recommended Frontline. I later tried K9 Advantix since they claim to also kill mosquitos, but I didn't notice any difference with the little bloodsuckers. And the protection from K9 Advantix didn't seem to last as long so I switched back to Frontline.

Frontline works great for us. My dog is an outdoor dog and our county reportedly has more deer than people. And with deer come deer ticks. I've seen deer in my back yard and my dog's house is very near the woods for shade. And she likes to take the occasional jaunt through the woods. Still I rarely find a tick on her. And when I do, they're usually dead (or soon will be).

I wish I'd known Amazon was selling Frontline for a better price sooner. I've been purchasing only 3 months worth for about $50 from another site for the last 2 years. Very frustrating since before you know it, you're out. With 6 months worth I only have to remember 2 times a year instead of 4.

Doesn't kill ticks or repel mosquitoes

by K. Kirkpatrick 2005-05-18, 57 people found this review helpful
If you live in a wooded area (particularly in the northeast US), you might want to use Advantix instead. Advantix repels mosquitoes (and Frontline doesn't), and it also does a better job than Frontline in killing ticks. My dog was on Frontline, but ticks were still crawling all over him. The switch to Advantix has helped a lot.

Didn't Work for Me

by Jonathan Metcalf 2008-06-09, 10 people found this review helpful
After countless recommendations by friends, family, and vets I decided to give it a shot. It really didn't do much. I have 2 Dachshunds and a Miniature Pincher that stay inside the majority of the time. They only go outside to potty. I can't say it didn't work cause they did have "less" fleas but, it wasn't worth the money at all. Just last night I picked 10 fleas off my min pin. I live out in the country so perhaps that has something to do with it but I have read many reviews that said it works in the country as well. Perhaps I have a hybrid breed of fleas that are immune to FrontLine?

Best Product out there/Fantastic Price from Amazon

by Barbara A. Negron 2005-12-01, 9 people found this review helpful
I have tried everything for my two dogs, nothing works better than Frontline. They don't itch or scratch themselves at all with it. With other products they always did. There is no odor and it's waterproof and you don't have to run the stripe down their back.

Great Item it is a Must Buy.

by Lindsay J. Mcbrayer 2008-08-03, 15 people found this review helpful
Do not believe the Negative review of this item. I have spoken with the person who made the negative claims before I purchaced from this seller. I learned that he is a Vet. I asked him if he had purchaced the Item from the seller and he said no he had not. So then I asked him how does he know that it is not approved by the EPA. His Awnser was that no one can be selling it that cheap. I contacted the Seller he promised me that it is 100% Authinic Front Line made by Merial. He explained that VET's hate him becaue he is is selling the same product that they can sell but he is takeing less of a profit and that the Vet's are marking theses items up to get rich. I am one who does not want to be price- gouged. Buy from Goodbyfleaz they are the best. Belive the real buyer not the liars.

FleaZapper sells expired Frontline

by Mary Minder 2009-01-23, 14 people found this review helpful
I purchased 2 of Frontline Plus Dog 45-88 Pounds,6 Months, from FleaZapper through Amazon.Com. Please note that my medications were outdated and expired. They,(FleaZapper) attempted to cover the expiration date on one box, but I was able to read through it. I was so disappointed. I gave the company 1 star because it doesn't allow me to give it no stars!!!
I will never buy anything from their company again.
Respectfully,

M.M.Minder

Frontline

The product is very effective on fleas when used once a month. It is less effective on ticks after three weeks so you should check your dog carefully if ticks are active in your area. We have used product fo over 6 years with our 70 lb lab and will continue to use it.

Perfect for multiple pets

by Susan A. Bennett 2009-07-13, 6 people found this review helpful
The "No More Fleas, Please" kit is perfect. The directions are clear and you get four, six, or eight full doses of the same meds sold elsewhere for MUCH less money. We have four cats and could hardly afford to keep them flea-free all summer any other way.
